Cracovia Soccer Club Player Code of Conduct

As a member of the Cracovia Soccer Club, each player is expected to uphold the values of courage, respect, and culture. This Code of Conduct outlines the expected behaviours and responsibilities of our players.

• Commitment to the Team

Every player is expected to show dedication and commitment to the team, including attending all practices, games, and team events whenever possible. In the case of unavoidable absence, please inform the coach or team manager in advance. 

• Respect

All players are expected to show respect for coaches, teammates, referees, opponents, and spectators. This includes respecting decisions made by coaches and officials and refraining from criticism or disparagement. Disputes should be handled in a mature, respectful manner.

• Sportsmanship

Players should always display good sportsmanship, both on and off the field. Winning is important, but not at the cost of fair play, respect for others, or the integrity of our team and the sport of soccer.

• Courage

We encourage players to take calculated risks during games, push their comfort zones, and persevere in the face of adversity. Show courage in your performance and support your teammates in doing the same.

• Team Culture

Contribute to a positive team culture. Support your teammates, encourage collaboration, and work together to achieve team goals. Any form of discrimination or bullying is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with seriously.

• Physical Fitness and Health

Players are expected to maintain a level of physical fitness and personal health that allows them to perform at their best. This includes adhering to a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, and avoiding harmful substances.

• Social Media

Players may use social media but should do so responsibly. Players should refrain from posting content that could harm the reputation of the team or the sport. Respect for others, including privacy and feelings, should always be upheld in online interactions.

Disciplinary Actions

Any violation of this Code of Conduct will be taken seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, disciplinary actions may include verbal warnings, suspension from team activities, or in extreme cases, removal from the team. Disciplinary actions will be determined by the coaching staff.

We believe that by adhering to this Code of Conduct, our team will not only perform better on the field but also create a supportive and respectful environment for everyone. We are looking forward to a great season!
