Cracovia Soccer Club Refund Policy

Refunds

• Partial Refunds are available for players who play or train less than 2 weeks in Preseason or prior to the Football West Season commences.
• No refunds on membership fees will be given after a player has been graded and/or allocated to a team/s
• No refunds will be given to players after they have played in minimum 1 season fixture game (Football West).
• Players wishing to receive refunds for the FW Portion of the fees must contact Football West.
• No refund will be paid to players that have accepted a position at another club after they have accepted and paid for a position at Cracovia SC.
• A full refund will be made to players if the player has not yet been registered with the FFA/FW under the following conditions: • Injury preventing the player from playing • Player/player’s family moving away interstate or overseas • The team folds due to insufficient numbers (only prior to Season commencing)
• A partial refund may only be given at the discretion of the Management Committee in exceptional circumstances which may include but not be limited to a severe season ending injury. Any refund will exclude unrecoverable costs such the FFA and Football West fees and insurance charges.
• Any Refunds due to exceptional circumstances will include an admin fee of $100. This is only available before playing one game in the regular season or cup rounds.

The Club is a non-for-profit sport club. Budgets are set prior to the start of the season to ensure the club is financially balanced for the season ahead.

Uniform

Any uniform not collected from the club is the responsibility of the player. The club takes no responsibility in refunding uniform once worn or not collected by the commencement of the season.

The club does not reuse/retake uniform once allocated to players.

Transfer of teams

Players wishing to be transferred to another club are welcome to request a transfer. Players must have paid FW and Club fees before any transfer occurs.
